Steps to open a Help Desk Ticket
1. Start by logging into my account.
2. Located on the left side is the My Account menu box. Select the bottom menu item "Help Desk".
3. Fill in the "Create New Ticket" form.
- Title - this should be things like: Return, Damaged Product, Missing Product, Order not Received,....
- Department - Leave this field.
- Assign Order - Find the order in the pull down menu that pertains to your issue.
- Message - Please describe what you need help with.
Once you submit the ticket you will receive and email confirmation. We will also receive it and contact you through email to resolve the ticket. At any time you may log into your account to view the status of your ticket.
