What type of payment options can be used?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders and Cashier Checks.
Is there a charge for sales tax?
We only charge sales tax to orders being shipped to a Minnesota address.
What are my shipping options?
We ship using Fedex. You can have you order sent regular ground, 3 Day Express, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. UPS only delivers on Saturday using Next Day Air with Saturday delivery.
If an order in into us by 12:00pm CST, we can normally get that out same day as long as we have it in stock in our warehouse. If you need a product received by a certain date, call us, so we can help you determine the correct shipping option. 952-303-4000.
How much is Shipping?
You can see what the shipping costs are by putting products into your shopping cart and proceeding to the check out. The first step of check out is the shipping options. Our site links to UPS to calculate shipping. Shipping is based on the amount received from UPS plus a $2.00 handling charge. The handling charge covers part of the cost of the shipping materials (boxes, tape, packing materials, etc...).
Can my package be shipped internationally?
We offer shipping to Canada and Puerto Rico.
Can I return a product that I purchased?
Yes, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item. See our Return Policy. You must submit a return authorization form to have your return processed. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
