What type of payment options can be used?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders and Cashier Checks.

Is there a charge for sales tax?

We only charge sales tax to orders being shipped to a Minnesota address.

What are my shipping options?

You may choose to have your order shipped:

The eastern two thirds of the US is within the 1-3 day shipping timeframe with most products. (Remember: Saturday and Sunday do not count as shipping days.)

When will my order ship?

Most products ship within 12-36 hours. If you need a product received by a certain date, call us, so we can help you determine the correct shipping option, please contact us.

Products may ship from different locations. Orders with multiple products may receive mulitple boxes shipped via UPS and/or Fed Ex on seperate days.

How much is Shipping?

You can see what the shipping costs are by putting products into your shopping cart and proceeding to the check out. The first step of check out is the shipping options.

Our site links to UPS to calculate the shipping cost. Shipping is based on the weight of the package and the distance being shipped from our location to your location.

Can I return a product that I purchased?

Yes, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item. See our Return Policy. You must submit a return request to customer service to have your return processed. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
